We will work with you on rescheduling.

Safety will ALWAYS be our number one priority.   Heavy rain/ strong winds will create safety issues.  When the ground it too wet the stakes will not hold in the ground.  The inflatable could easily tip. We will NOT put anyone at risk.

In October, and November temperatures our normally cooler.  ANY rain will create issues drying the inflatables. If temperatures for the up coming week are below 75  we may choose to reschedule. When the inflatables aren’t able dry completely they will get moldy. 

If temperatures are below 45 we may also need to reschedule. 

We normally make the call to reschedule the day before, or sometimes the morning of. 

Rescheduling due to weather will give you a credit to use for three years for the full amount that you paid.

  4. Add the items that you would like to rent to the card “Add To Cart”
  5. Go to the shopping card to start filling out your information.
  6. Click get a quote.
  7. From the quote you can make the reservation. 

Our website will show you whats available on your event date.

This is just a commitment time. 

9am-4pm.  This means we will set up before 9am, and we would return at the very earliest at 4pm. This is perfect for the earlier event. 

11am-6pm This means will would have it set up before 11am, and we wouldn’t return until after 6pm. 

We use these commitment times to set up our busy delivery, and pick up schedules.

If your having a later event we might be about to discuss an overnight rental for an extra $125.00 

If the event ends later than 6pm please text us after you get a quote to request a later pickup time.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

After the rental agreement is signed, and the deposit is paid the reservation is complete. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, or indoors with high ceilings.

We will not be able to set up on cement, concrete, asphalt, dirt, rocks, or anything that could possible damage our equipment 

When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain you would like your rental  installed.

 

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

You will need to provide the water hose.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

When making a reservation the contract needs to be signed, and the deposit, or payment in full is required.  We reserve that rental item, or rental items for you.  That item, or items will be unavailable for anyone else to rent.

We will not issue any refunds if you need to cancel.
